When it comes to the renovation stage, we like to say we have it down to a science! We perform similar retrofits on each property. Same color paints, same flooring, same fixtures, etc... What this does is allows us to purchase materials in larger quantities for less money... passing the savings on to our clients.

The final step to your profitable passive investment is off-loading the property. With our in-house photographers and real estate agents this, like the other steps, is a breeze. We start preparing for this a month prior to project completion. Performing a final due diligence on the current market value to ensure we are able to off-load at maximum profits.

Bonus: As the largest buyer's in our markets we tend to purchase entire neighborhoods at once. What this does is, allows us to inflate the market by listing several homes at the same time. In the case where the average home is going for $100k -- When we add 5 homes to the market all at once, and list them at $120k, we create a new market standard, ensuring our clients yield the maximum amount of profits possible.
